Class Descriptions

BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP is a vigorous workout burning on an average of 500 cals that will strengthen your entire body and tone lean muscles. Each workout will push you to challenge and improve your fitness and results.

THAI FITNESS THAI FITNESS Pad holders will teach you the fundamental techniques to be able to execute real Muay Thai movements in our HIIT45 class. The class focuses on both technique through bag and pad work that involves striking and kicking with a moderate physical cardio conditioning.
HIT 45

HIIT45 is a Muay Thai inspired class that focuses on both speed and technique through bag and pad work that involves striking and kicking with intense physical cardio conditioning. Increase your fitness, burn an average of 600 cals whilst implementing fundamental techniques to execute real Muay Thai movements. This class accommodates the needs of all participants at all fitness levels and abilities – from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Kick Boxing

KICK BOXING class is a high-energy fitness style based on martial arts self-defence.

BOXING

BOXING is a non-stop high energy, cardio boxing circuit class that will increase your heart and lung function, strength and endurance whilst burning an average of 600 cals.

TAEKWONDO

TAEKWONDO classes will develop fitness, strength and flexibility as you master taekwondo kicks and strikes. You will build physical and mental strength, improve balance and develop greater confidence.

CYCLE

CYCLE is a high intensity workout burning an average of 600 cals which will increase strength and endurance in your gluts, core and legs.
